1 is 'all my food is processed & beige, I drink alcohol to get me to sleep and coffee to wake me up. My sleep is awful. I don't like vegetables. I hate people. Im easily offended.'


100 is 'all my food is clean, unprocessed, lots of fruits and veg and enough high quality protein from known sources. I don't drink alcohol and only have 2 x coffee in the morning after a sunrise walk. I love people. I understand my emotions.'
