Food Lists

These lists are by no means exhaustive but rather to give you some inspiration or ideas.


Fruits and Vegetables

All of these count towards your 800g a day and you can eat them in any manner; roasted, boiled, raw, sautéed, in a soup or smoothie, frozen, baked etc.


Proteins

Most meats and animal products contain higher amounts of protein.




Carbohydrates

Aim to eat less processed carbs but there is room every so often for things like bread and pasta.




Fats

Fats are essential for brain function – it is important to eat at least 50g a day.
