Pulling it together.

I always say to succeed you have to accept failures…well today I failed on my 115kg Deadlift…got it off the ground but just could not get my body up right. It was technically a failure although, being the glass half full person that I am I regarded it as a mark of progress as my previous PB was 110kg and I haven’t been deadlifting at all in the last few weeks.
Give it a couple days and try again…I’m pulling a 120!!
